Ask for a live video walkthrough. Our team confirms availability with the agent and arranges a scheduled call so you can see the property in real time.

4. Receive a property summary

You get a written summary: asking price, neighbourhood, the available ownership or lease information, agent details, media and clear next steps.

5. Request independent checks (optional)

You can request an independent inspection, a document review by a professional, or a referral to a licensed lawyer. These are request-only services routed to our team, not automatic guarantees.

6. Request property management (optional)

After a purchase you can request ongoing management (rent collection, upkeep, tenant handling). This is a request-only service arranged with our team.

What the badges on listings mean

Verified-listing badge

A verified badge means our team has taken extra steps to check the listing and, where a professional actually reviewed paperwork, you may see a "Documents reviewed" note. A badge improves transparency. It is not a legal guarantee that a property is risk-free.

Video-first listings

Video-first listings include a walkthrough so you can see the real space, not just staged photos. You can also request a live video viewing to see a property in real time before you commit.
